PSYCHOLOGY CENTRE
I’m guessing you’re here because you (or someone you care about) are having a difficult time – whether in yourself, in your relationships, or at work.
Sometimes, we can work through things on our own or with help from our support network.
Other times, having someone independent and experienced can be useful to help you better understand yourself or others, develop insight, and work with useful evidence-based approaches to develop skills and strategies for managing your emotions, thoughts and interactions differently.
Please take a look around. Here, you’ll find information about me, my therapeutic approach, and the services I provide, including how you can enquire about making an appointment.
